Roof mounting adopts high strength extruded aluminum and stainless steel, which not only makes the stent has good tensile torsional strength, but also has good anticorrosion performance.We can supply various hooks and rails, which can siut for different types of roofs. 2. Ground Solar Panel Mounting

 

Ground solar panel mounting comprises small portable solar panel mounting., pole solar panel mounting, ground screw solar panel mounting and large photovoltaic array solar panel mounting.

Through the calculation of structure mechanics and strict testing, ground solar panel mounting adopts high-quality and high-strength aluminum extrusion and steel. So it has good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.

3. Solar Tracker mounting

 

Through a cross rotating shaft to connect the solar panel mounting bracket and the supporting bracket, and install one fixed rod at the azimuth angle of the cross shaft, the rod can but can only rotate with the solar panel mounting bracket in the pitching angle, and the driving device of the azimuth angle is installed on this fixed rod; the pitch-angle driving device is installed on the supporting bracket. Relying on the above described cross rotating shaft, the azimuth-angle-rotating-driving device and the pitch-angle-rotating-driving device form a coordinate system which corresponds to the celestial sphere; and through the corresponded rotation of the two driving devices, the daily orbit of the sun can be copied and this dual-axis tracking system can accurately correspond to the sunlight.

The first advantage of this series of dual-axis solar tracking system is that the cost is low: due to the application of a wholly new tracking method of proprietary intellectual property rights, the driving and transmitting structures are greatly simplified, the controlling program is easier, thus substantially reduced the cost of the dual-axis tracking; deducting the cost of the fixed mounting bracket, the tracking investment is less than 15% of the total investment of the power station and the generation can be enhanced by 35%, thus to bring more payback for the investor of the power station.
